After many years of concealed carry and competitive shooting we set out to improve the comfort of our most popular IWB holster. Our engineering team came up with the “NANO”. First we used a thinner .080 material compared to our .093 material which of course makes for a more streamlined holster. Second we spread the distance of the loops apart which aided in stability while making the holster more contoured to the body without taking any more room on the belt. We have eliminated a second tension screw which aids in less material. On the body contact side we have contoured all areas possible providing comfort and eliminating hot spots. Lastly this holster is non collapsible and aids in a fast re-holster. Try one of these holsters out and you will feel the comfort. Note: While we are using 080 material for comfort of this holster, it is more prone to distort from excess heat around 160 degrees.Please do not leave it in your vehicle on hot summer days as it can get hot enough to deform kydex®. |
